Qualia looks to invest in companies and assets where its experience and relationships can maximize investor returns, including:

• New content investments that leverage existing companies engaged in the distribution of intellectual property.

• Securitization of cash flows from intellectual property assets.

• Prints and Advertising funding for feature film studio releases.

Because of the unique nature of investment in the entertainment and media business, our investment size and structure is flexible and depends on the company or asset that we are evaluating. Qualia participates in debt and equity investments in companies and also makes structured investments on a project basis in intellectual property assets.
