Ken Schapiro co-founded Qualia Capital LLC with Amir Malin in 2005. Prior to this, Schapiro served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Artisan Entertainment. Previous to joining Artisan, Schapiro was Executive Vice President at Morgan Creek Productions, where he was involved in the development, production, financing, and distribution of films, as well as investing in multiplex theatres.  In early 2011, Mr. Schapiro left Qualia Capital to return to an operative role with a studio and became Chief Operating Officer of MGM.

Gavin Citron is Vice President of the Qualia Library Companies. He is in charge of analyzing potential deals, pills manages day-to-day accounting and financial software systems and oversees the servicing of Qualia Library Company titles. Prior to joining Qualia, Gavin worked for Lionsgate and Artisan Entertainment.

Christine Ricardo is the Controller of Qualia Library Companies. She helps to manage the day to day activities for the Library Companies. Prior to joining Qualia, advice she worked as the Director of International Home Entertainment for Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) and served as Director of Finance for Rysher Entertainment for 10 years.

David Cragnotti has over twelve years’ experience in media finance and accounting. He specializes in financial modeling and accounting for filmed entertainment assets, this site having created and evaluated detailed projected cash flows for numerous film libraries and other investments in securitized portfolios of intellectual property. Prior to joining Qualia Capital, information pills Mr. Cragnotti was Vice President of Financial Planning at Lions Gate Entertainment where he was instrumental in forecasting the company’s near and long-term financial direction.

Mr. Cragnotti serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Qualia Library Companies and manages its financial relationships as well as those of all other Qualia related fund investments.

Mr. Cragnotti holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of California at Santa Barbara with a major in Business Economics.
